Our standards for research, review, and publication. How we ensure every article is accurate, evidence-based, and useful.
The Healing Nobs exists to give people clear, evidence-based, food-first guidance for managing common health conditions. Every article on this site is written, reviewed, and updated against a single standard: would we feel comfortable showing this to a family member living with this condition? If the answer is no, the content does not get published.
We do not publish content optimised for search engines at the expense of accuracy. We do not publish miracle cures, fad diets, or claims unsupported by published research. We do not publish anything that contradicts established medical guidance, and we always pair dietary recommendations with a reminder to consult qualified healthcare providers.
Our team uses a structured research process for every condition page, blog post, and Q&A:
Each piece of content goes through a multi-stage review:
Every condition page carries the date it was last reviewed and a link to this policy. Our reviewers are practising, licensed physicians who work in government hospital practice; they have asked not to be publicly named in connection with an external website, and we respect that. Rather than publish credentials we cannot ask you to verify, we publish the process and keep a dated internal log of every review carried out. If you have a question about how a specific page was reviewed, contact us and we will answer it.
Health information evolves. We commit to:
The Healing Nobs is operated as an independent editorial outlet. Our revenue comes from display advertising (Google AdSense) and is clearly disclosed in our Advertising Disclosure. Advertisers do not influence editorial content. We do not accept sponsored articles, paid product placements, or pay-to-play reviews. If we ever introduce affiliate links, they will be disclosed at the point of mention as required by FTC and ASA guidelines.
We use AI tools for research support, drafting outlines, and grammar/style editing. No content is published as AI-generated output. Every article is written, reviewed, and verified by qualified humans. Where AI-assisted research is used, all claims are independently verified against primary sources before publication.
If you spot an error, find an outdated reference, disagree with a recommendation, or have suggestions, we want to hear from you. Email [email protected] with subject line "Editorial Feedback." Substantive feedback is reviewed by the editorial team and used to improve content.
